Year 8 Rugby versus Bartholomew School 

In their first ever encounter as a school Rugby team, the year 8 Boys performed admirably against an experienced Bartholomew school team.   Although fighting hard and eventually losing the match, some outstanding tackling and excellent leadership from our more experienced players demonstrated the huge potential of this squad.

Out of the squad of nineteen Year 8 students, fourteen players were playing in their first ever full game of Rugby. Congratulations to all the students involved for proudly representing the school!

We look forward to their match next week against local rivals Woodgreen school.
