Flawless Finish Hair are hiring a full time apprentice! July 2023

We are looking for someone that is passionate, has good communication skills and is outgoing and bubbly with a willingness to learn!

Earn while you learn following the best method for a career in hairdressing as it teaches you all about the salon environment as well as helps you to grow confidence and customer service skills.

During the working week you will spend 4 days in salon and 1 day at college.

Working hours will be: Monday 9-3pm, Wednesday College, Thursday 9-6pm, Friday 9-6pm, Saturday 9-3pm.

What will I be doing?

  • Greeting clients, and getting them ready for their service.
  • Shampooing clients.
  • General cleaning and tidying salon.
  • Offering and making beverages for clients.
  • Wherever possible to observe senior stylists, cutting, colouring and styling clients’ hair to assist your learning process.
  • Regular models and training sessions with our salon assessor.
  • Once you pass each unit you will begin to dry and style, colour and cut clients.

Qualifications

GCSE Maths and English Grade D/3 or above. No qualifications are necessary but if you have your Maths and English would mean your time at college would be solely concentrated on hairdressing, as you will be required to resit subjects as part of the day release if grades are not achieved.

Level 3 Healthcare Engineering Specialist Technician apprenticeship or a Person BTEC Level 4 apprenticeship in Healthcare Science (Clinical Engineering). The course fees are fully funded for this post.

Vacancy for Trainee Air Conditioning Engineer  School leavers who may be keen to take up a career in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration. Starting out as a trainee engineer, joining our Maintenance Team providing annual maintenance visits to our many varied customers.  We ideally need them to have a driving licence as we are based in Stanton Harcourt and would need them to be able to get to our offices each day. No experience is obviously not a problem as we offer training to the right candidate.
