The last Friday in April, once again saw the annual competition taking place for the coveted Walker Cup. This year, a formidable team had been put together by Year 13 students to challenge the ‘rest of the world’. Although the rest of the world put up a sterling fight, especially through winning the mixed doubles section, the might of the Year 13 Mens’ Doubles ultimately clinched it. A special mention goes out for the guest players and for members of staff resisting the need to get away on the Friday before a bank holiday weekend.
