The Expedition section of the DofE Awards is solely run by an outside provider called School of Outdoors. School of Outdoors is an Approved Activity Provider (AAP) with The Duke of Edinburgh’s Awards. There will be no Henry Box School representative going with the Expedition section.

Students interested in DofE will be invited to attend information sessions run by me as DofE Manager. These will be run in school at a number of lunch times to allow all those interested the chance to attend. School of Outdoors is offering to host an information forum online for families on Tuesday 13th October 2026, focused primarily on the Expedition section.
